1. When the order is delivered, your contact should ensure that he/she goes through the invoice for the basket. This is to ensure that if there is a defected item, it will be returned immediately.

2. With zero fees, the items you bought can be returned


 What Can I Return 

* You can initiate a return immediately after delivery.  If your contact received the wrong basket type, or if the goods are defective, when returning an item, ensure that all seals, and tags of the items are left in its original packaging

You have to return it immediately on receiving it from the agent.

*Can I return a basket after 7 days?

No, you cannot return a basket after 7 days, Return immediately.

*What happens if my contact misses attempts to retrieve a returned order?

Your request will be canceled and your contact will no longer be able to return the basket.

* A return was initiated and pickup from my contact’s location, but no one showed up and it has been a while, what do I do?

*I was informed by Folks Food Mart that they have done a bank transfer, but the money has not reflected in my account, what do I do?

*What if one item in the basket was defective, am I to return everything?

No, you do not have to return the full basket, just return the defective items.

 

*How do I track my return status?

We will keep you and your contact updated via email/SMS about the status of your return. If you have any queries, please complete the customer contact form.

 

*Do I have to return a free gift when I return an order?

Yes, the free gift has to be returned.

 

*Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

There are no charges for shipping a product back to Folks Food Mart.

 

*Can I replace or exchange an item instead of a refund?

At the moment, Folks Food Mart does not offer replacement or exchange of an item;however, you can still return an item and receive a refund.

 

Refund Policy

 * If the returned product is not validated for refund, how do I or my contact get informed?

If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the problem and return the items back to your contact. The arrangements for the delivery of the item will be managed by us. If after two attempts to get to your contact, we will cancel the return procedure and we will keep the item for 60days for you to pickup at our warehouse.

 

*How long will it take to have my refund?

As specified by the customer service agent.

 

How does our refund policy work?

A.    Initiate a return: If the defected item is seen on delivery, your contact should give it to the delivery agent at once. But if your contact realizes the defected product later, he/she should endeavour to return within 12hours.

B.    Drop off your item or schedule a pickup: Your contact will have to return at our pickup station or we can pickup from your contact.

C.    Return the item: Leave the item in its original packaging. Always make sure that the return slip is signed by our agents. This shows proof of return.

D.    Refund processed: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via bank transfers.
